Jackson Home

About Jackson Home

The Jackson Home is a structured, therapeutic residential setting dedicated to developing young men into responsible, self-sufficient adults. As a program under OTFA, our approach combines real-world skill development, behavioral support, and individualized guidance within a stable and supportive environment.

The home is led by Allen Jackson, a longtime community leader and youth mentor with over 20 years of experience working with at-risk youth and young men. His background includes leadership in developmental disability services, supported living programs, and therapeutic residential care. Allen’s work is rooted in accountability, structure, and the belief that every young man can be developed through the right environment and consistent guidance.

Supporting the continued growth and evolution of the home is his daughter, Aloee Jackson, who brings a strong foundation in business and entrepreneurship, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Entrepreneurship. Her involvement strengthens the program’s focus on life skills, independence, and future planning, while helping bridge the gap between structure and real-world application.

Together, their leadership reflects both experience and forward-thinking development, ensuring that the Jackson Home continues to adapt to the evolving needs of youth.
